A 75-hour Home Care Aide (HCA) class is a training program designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to work as caregivers in home care settings. Home Care Aides (HCAs), or Long Term Care Workers (LTCWs), are required to complete a 75-hour training program sanctioned by the state and pass a certification exam.

This class includes orientation safety (5 hours), Dementia speciality (8 hours), Mental Health speciality(8 hours), and Fundamental of caregiving(38 hours) with skills(16 hours). The course includes notes and videos to assist with learning.
