የነርስ ልዑካን ዋና ክፍል ተንከባካቢዎች በነርስ የተወከሉ የጤና ተግባራትን፣ የመድሃኒት አስተዳደርን እና የጤና ሁኔታዎችን መከታተልን ጨምሮ እንዴት መርዳት እንደሚችሉ ያስተምራቸዋል። የነርሶች ውክልና ስልጠና ትምህርት የ9 ሰአት ኮርስ ነው። ትምህርቱን ለመርዳት ማስታወሻዎች እና ቪዲዮዎች ይገኛሉ።ተማሪዎች ይህንን ክፍል ከመውሰዳቸው በፊት የNAR ሰርተፍኬት ወይም ከ NAR የበለጠ ክፍል ሰርተፍኬት ሊኖራቸው ይገባል። በአማርኛ የተዘጋጀ ይDSHS መፃሀፍ የለም። ፓስፊክ ሾር ማስልጠኛ ማእከል ትምህርቱን ለመርዳት ማስታወሻዎች እና ቪዲዮዎች አቅርቦአል።
